Classes
Beginners / Improvers Class
For complete beginners, or if you have completed at least 6 weeks of beginners classes and are now an improver.
I modify the exercises to include basic level and more challenging progressions.
Intermediate / Advanced Class
A fun, dynamic and even more challenging class.
I use toning circles, small balls, therabands and foam rollers to work your deep stabilising abdominal muscles and joints to their best ability.
Ideal if you have been practising Pilates twice a week for a year.
Mixed Ability Class
For all abilities whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced. I adjust the exercises to suit all levels.
I use small equipment such as therabands, balls, toning circles and foam rollers to tone, stretch and lengthen the muscles.
A fun yet challenging class.

The session is also tailor made to your needs depending on whether you have an existing medical condition, health issue or simply want to start enjoying the benefits of Pilates.
The intro usually takes place in the comfort of your own home. Otherwise a session can be arranged at Hackney Forge.

Please contact me direct to book a 1:2 or small group private class or block of classes.
Pilates for Pregnancy
Pilates during pregnancy strengthens the deep core muscles which will help support the growing weight of your baby and your spine. It also improves posture, reducing strain on the joints and teaches relaxation and breathing skills which are invaluable throughout the pregnancy and during labour.
Whilst I don’t do separate pregnancy classes, I teach pregnant women at the beginners classes, adapting the exercises to suit.
An initial introductory 1:1 session is required prior to joining a class.
Please contact me direct to book an introductory 1:1 Pilates for Pregnancy session.
